DICOM Reader vs RadiAnt and other desktop DICOM viewers
Many search for RadiAnt DICOM Viewer (often typed “radiant dicom viewer”), Horos, or Osirix when they receive imaging on disc or download. If you need maximum measurement tools, hanging protocols, or integration with a clinical workflow, a professional desktop viewer remains appropriate. DICOM Reader does not claim to replicate a PACS workstation.
